About

Hi! My name is Jack, I completed an MSc in Outdoor Education at the University of Edinburgh in January 2020 and began my PhD candidature in October 2020. I have experience in delivering both individual and collaborative research projects in outdoor learning and have coordinated research in digital-based learning, learning communities, and the effectiveness of adventure pedagogy on the transfer of learning. I am also a member of the Moray House School of Education and Sport Research Ethics Committee and the Video and Social Media editor at the Journal of Outdoor and Environmental Education.
